You can use AOSI on a weekly basis to help plan for workload distribution within your own organization, or you can use AOSI occassionally when the need arises. We have clients who come to us once a year and clients who use us daily.

Since we focus only on one type of client – the commercial door / frame / hardware distributor – and specialize in just two aspects of the industry – take-offs and detailing – we don’t have the daily distractions facing your own staff. Our phones don’t ring off the hook. People don’t stop by to chat. We can focus on the job at hand, your project.

We have in-house plan printing capability, so costs are reduced by emailing plans to us or providing us with a link to an ftp site where we can download ourselves. No expensive shipping of plans back and forth. The added bonus is, no time delays in putting a project into our hands. We can download, print immediately and get to work.

Our in-house software is the industry leading Comsense Advantage program. We use this program to generate cost estimates as well as submittals. We can even produce purchase orders, shipping tickets and shipping labels.

If your Company is currently a Comsense Advantage user, we can do a secure Remote Desktop Connection and work directly in your system.

If your Company is a Comsense AHM user, we can do the work in our Comsense Advantage system and export a file for you to seamlessly import into your system.
